Customer Support Engineer

The role will require candidates being involved in providing customer training, support and implementation services both in our offices and on customer sites.
Suitable candidates must have a sound understanding of engineering processes across design and manufacturing and have extensive experience of using a recognised CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM system preferably CATIA V4 and/or V5.
Candidates will undergo an extensive training program to enhance their current skills and to plug any gaps in their knowledge.
Previous vendor experience is an advantage but applications from individuals wishing to make a career in the vendor environment and who have a suitable background are welcome to apply. A higher academic qualification is desirable.
Candidates should be enthusiastic, good problem solvers and must have excellent communication skills. Much of this work is based on client site, therefore candidates must be willing and able to travel and stay away from home for short periods at a time.
