Applied has signed a partnership agreement with ELSYS of Belgium to market their ELECTRE Electrical Harness Design and Manufacturing software solutions in the UK and Ireland.

ELSYS solutions include their flagship ELECTRE software for electrical harness design along with CATelectre and SMARTelectre which provide a tight integration with and complements the Dassault Systemes CATIA electrical design, DMU and product lifecycle management solutions.

This new agreement will further extend Applied's solutions and services capabilities in offering equipment and systems manufacturers using CATIA a fully integrated electro/mechanical design and digital mock-up capability.

Although relatively new to the UK the ELSYS products are already being used extensively by a number of key manufacturing organisations including; Air France, Renault Trucks, EADS Astrium, Renault F1 and more.
