
Business Development Manager
We are currently looking for a highly dynamic and motivated individual to fill the role of a PLM Business Development Manager. The role is to provide Best in Class Product Lifecycle Management and Engineering solutions. Our solutions come in the form of Vendor (i.e. Dassault Systemes, Human Solutions, Elsys, TransCAT) products and related services.
Responsibilities Include:
· Prospecting within new and existing clients
· Identifying, Qualifying and Closing Opportunities
· Scheduling face-to-face meetings with client's Management and Executives
· Presenting the Applied PLM Business Value Proposition
· Preparing proposals and developing opportunities
· Managing adequate pipeline / forecast to quota
· Achieving quarterly sales quotas
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of solution sales experience
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to respond to changing needs and shifting priorities
· Highly effective customer service skills
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive attitude
· Strong phone presence and positive, friendly approach
· Ability to multi-task and complete a large volume of work quickly
· Ability to perform within a high paced and creative environment
· Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills combined with the ability to effectively communicate complex issues with individuals, teams, and executives
· Strong planning and organisational skills
· Proficient in MS Office Tools
· Knowledgeable of a Design and Manufacturing company's operation
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive base package, including car allowance, contributory pension, private healthcare plus commission structure.
