An experienced CAD Support Engineer, you will serve as the technical resource for CATIA V5 and SMARTEAM users by providing the initial point of contact for problem management.  You will be responsible for procedure, methodology, and training development, including tips and techniques.  Additionally, you will capture problem information, provide user support and training, and generate problem reports. 

Basic Requirements:

·          Degree or equivalent training in mechanical/electrical design and computer-aided drawing, computer science or similar prior experience

·          8-10 years related experience

·          Excellent working knowledge of CATIA V5 and SmarTeam software

Catia Requirements:

2-5 years experience is required with the following CATIA V5 R15 or newer workbenches:

·          Part design

·          Sketcher

·          Generative Sheetmetal Design

·          Generative Shape Design

·          Assembly Design

·          Drafting

SmarTeam Requirements:

2-5 years detailed working knowledge of SMARTEAM software including:

·          CATIA integration

·          Document vaulting

·          Document lifecycle

·          Workflow

·          Class structure

Based in East Midlands, contract rates based on 6-month contract
